UreaRepair PLUS 5% Urea Emulsion provides the daily care needed for dry, rough and bumpy skin. It contains a unique combination of urea, ceramides and other natural moisturizing factors (NMF), which bind moisture and repair the skin’s natural protective barrier to prevent further moisture loss. The formula has been clinically and dermatologically proven to provide immediate pain relief and intense, long-lasting moisturizing effects that delay dryness and roughness for up to 48 hours.
Dry Skin Lotion is suitable for people with dry skin and/or diabetes. It can also be used as a complementary treatment.

Urea

Urea (also known as urea) is naturally produced by the skin and is part of the basic natural moisturizing factor (NMF) that regulates skin moisture. Urea is hygroscopic, which means that it binds moisture to the outermost layer of the skin. It is also keratolytic, which means it breaks down the connections between dead skin cells and has anti-itching and anti-bacterial properties. As a result, it improves natural exfoliation and soothes and smoothes the skin’s surface. Urea is a naturally occurring substance in the skin and is well tolerated even by dry and sensitive skin.

Ceramides 3

Ceramides are important lipids in the hydrolipidic membrane (the outer layer that protects the skin). They are naturally produced in healthy skin to strengthen the skin barrier, help prevent water loss through evaporation, and prevent irritants from causing inflammation and itching.
