Description

【主要成分】

紫苏干提取物(多酚滴定≥2.5%)0.1%; 透明质酸钠盐0.1%; 氯化钠; 无水磷酸氢二钠;一水磷酸二氢钠; 纯净水。
【适应症】

眼科用滴眼剂,由无菌,高度生物相容性,生理pH和不含防腐剂的溶液组成。包含紫苏和透明质酸的提取物。由于其成分,CRYSTALLINE BLUE配方可缓解因大气,环境(灰尘,过敏原)和视觉压力(长时间使用计算机和使用隐形眼镜)而引起的发红,干燥和眼睛疲劳。也建议经常和长时间使用。配戴隐形眼镜前滴注可促进其使用,而后使其使用更加舒适。

【用法用量】

打开铝制保护袋。
从5安瓿瓶中取出单剂量安瓿瓶。
转动并打破小瓶盖。
轻轻挤压单剂量药瓶的身体,每天向一只眼睛滴入2滴药一次或多次。
滴注后,立即关闭小瓶并在接下来的12小时内重新使用残留的内容物。
将未使用的小瓶存放在铝袋中。

【注意事项】

本产品仅用于眼科。
打开后,可以用专用盖再次封闭单剂量瓶,但所含溶液必须在12小时内使用。
如果铝袋已损坏或小瓶未完好无损,请不要使用产品。
请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
在打开小瓶进行滴剂管理之前,请彻底清洁双手。
滴注过程中,请勿使药瓶的分配端接触眼睛或其他表面。
如果已知对制剂的一种成分不相容或过敏,请勿使用该产品。
如有必要,请与您的配镜师一起检查眼药水是否与所用的隐形眼镜兼容。
如果在使用过程中出现症状,请停止治疗并咨询医生。
滴眼剂滴注后,至少应在滴注滴眼剂后15分钟后进行眼用药物的给药,特别是如果它们是含有苯扎氯铵或其他季铵盐的产品,以避免透明质酸沉淀。

Collection at the logistic warehouse

All products that can be purchased on the site can be booked and collected by the customer at the warehouse managed by Logicamente Srl in Via Fondo Ausa 64 (+39 0549 905858), in the Republic of San Marino. Choosing this method of withdrawal there are no collection fees and you will only pay for the product, or products, via the site's advanced payment options.
It is not possible to pay directly on collection.

Collection and shipment by courier in charge

The collection of the ordered products will be made, by order and the customer's account, by a courier appointed by the same. The goods will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order. Delivery is made on working days (between 9 am and 6 pm).

In case of absence, upon delivery, the courier will leave a notice of passage. If the courier will not be contacted to fix a new delivery, he will make a second attempt on the day following the first attempt.
If the following attempt is not successful, the order will automatically be placed in storage and you will be contacted by our operators, to the references left at the time of the order, with the aim of booking a new delivery based on your needs. If it is impossible to contact you and the ordered products remain in storage for more than 10 days, or even the new delivery agreed with our operators does not go well, we will proceed to cancel the order.

Delivery

Shipping costs vary based on purchase. For amounts less than or equal to €999,00 the shipping cost is €9,90. For all purchases over €999,00 the shipping cost will be completely discounted.

Returns

If your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. We do not accept any returns after 45 days from ship date. All refund recipients will receive and email confirmation for their records. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible: if your order has not yet shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as possible.
